
Here at Mother Maybel’s we do not believe in pre-fabricated, overly processed food. We hand cut our chicken fingers from Oregon raised whole chicken breasts and then hand bread them. We hand cut our fries from fresh potatoes and fry both them and our fresh chips on site. When we make a chicken fried steak we start with grass fed, Oregon raised beef and hand roll it in buttermilk and breading. We want all of our customers to experience true southern style cooking with that homemade taste. Because of this belief it might take a couple of extra minutes to get your meal, but it will be well worth it.
